N-PORT

N-PORT provides monthly portfolio holding reports details to the SEC^® in a structured XML
format. It replaces Form N-Q.

N-CEN

N-CEN makes it possible to meets the requirement for annual reporting of certain census-
type information to the SEC^® in a structured XML format. Form N-CEN will replace the
form currently used to report fund census information, Form N-SAR and Form N-CEN
information.
