Richard Samlin

Owner and Director of Business Development

Richard Samlin is a founding owner and the head of sales and business
development at Quality EDGAR Solutions. He is a natural-born salesperson
and builder of meaningful connections with clients and colleagues alike.

He began his career in the legal staffing business working for a small temporary
staffing company. In 1996, he founded Diamond Personnel, which he built on
a foundation of customer service and accountability for every client.

Diamond Personnel found a niche in staffing the financial printing and EDGAR®
filing industry. Realizing a greater opportunity, Richard partnered with David
Rosenfeld, who worked for him at the time, to form QES.
