David Rosenfeld

Owner and Director of Operations

David is a founding owner and director of operations at Quality EDGAR
Solutions. He is also an attorney with expertise in regulatory filing with the SEC^®
and overall shareholder disclosure regulation. David began his career working
for his future QES partner, Richard Samlin, at his legal staffing firm, Diamond
Personnel. David and Rich founded QES to meet the need for smarter
regulatory filing.

David graduated in 2004 from Binghamton University. In 2014, he received his
law degree from New York Law School where he attended night classes while
building QES.
